To register, download the registration forms below and return to your local Xyolhemeylh office. Registrations received before October 1 will receive a free Visions and Voices sweatshirt!
Effective September 2 all child protection reports will be screened by Provincial Centralized Screening at 1-800-663-9122. This temporary measure will allow Xyólheméylh Screening & Service Request social workers to assist in other areas of the organization, ensuring we meet our service delivery commitments.
